Description of Ngapali Beach

Undoubtedly one of the best places for a relaxing holiday is Ngapali Beach near Thandwe (Sandoway) in Rakkhine (Arakan) State, on the Bay of Bengal. Ngapali Beach is one of the loveliest places in Myanmar; it is also one of the most unspoilt beaches in the world, with miles of pure white sands skirting the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean. Actually, Ngapali is not one single beach. But a series of beaches interspersed with small fishing villages stretching from Mazin where the airport is located, to Lontha on Mayo Bay where coastal steamers dock in a sheltered anchorage.

Ngapali Beach is about 45 minutes to one hour fly from Yangon. There are local flights flying from Yangon to Ngapali Beach every day in high season. The best time to visit to Ngapali is from September to April.

Day-01: Yangon Arrival (L/D)

Arrive at Yangon International Airport. Welcome by a tour guide and transfer to Hotel. Lunch at local restaurant.

After lunch, our tour starts

·ChaukHtatKyi- fourth largest colossal reclining image in Myanmar and 67m long

·   Yangon City Center- surrounded by various colonial style buildings; City Hall; MahaBandoola Park with Independence Monument; bustling life of Yangon.

·Bogyoke (Scott) Market (closed on Mondays)-colonial building where can shop Myanmar souvenirs

Early evening, our sightseeing includes

·   Shwedagon Pagoda- world famous golden stupa; the wonderful holy place of Buddhist’s culture, history, sacred scenery and architecture with golden, jewels

Dinner at

·   Karaweik Palace Restaurant– located on the Royal Lake and enjoy dinner with Myanmar Cultural show

 Stay overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day-02: Yangon- Ngapali Beach (B/L/D)

After breakfast at hotel,  leaveYangon to Ngapaliby by domestic flight.

Picked up on arrival and transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Overnight at hotel in Ngapali beach.

Day-03: Ngapali Beach (Free &Easy) (B)

Whole day you are free at your leisure for swimming at the beach.

Day-04: Ngapali Beach (Free &Easy) (B)

Whole day you are free at your leisure for swimming at the beach.

Overnight at hotel in Ngapali beach.

Day-05: Ngapali Beach- Yangon (Free &Easy) (B)

After breakfast at hotel and transfer to the airport for the flight to Yangon. Stay overnight hotel at Yangon.

Day-06: Yangon Departure (B)

After breakfast at hotel, check out and free at your leisure for shopping until transfer to the Yangon International Airport for your departure flight.
