Mohinga

Mohinga is the hot fish soup over rice noodles. You can add some dressing like garnished with fish sauce, a squeeze of lime, coriander, crushed dried chilli and crispsy fried fritters.

Laphet (pickled tea leaves)

Laphet is a pickled tea leaves with sesame oil and mixed of fried garlic, peas, peanuts, dried shrimp. It is good to taste with a cup of laphet tea. It is a traditional delicacy and also important roles in Myanmar’s culture. Merit sharing ceremonies, important events and weddings cannot complete without the plate of laphet. There has a popular expression from elderly of Myanmar; β€œMango is the king of all fruits, Pork is the king of all meat and laphet is the king of all leaves”. So please come and enjoy our laphet.

Mandalay Mee Shay

The food is rice noodles with meat sauce. It originally comes from Mandalay but can available now all parts of country.

Shan Noodle

It is shan noodle (you have to boil dried shan/rice noodle) with meat curry, tomato paste, peanuts and spring onion. It originally comes from Shan State.

Kyay Oh

It is soup with vermicelli noodles with pork offal with green vegetables.
Ohn-no khao swe’
It is a soup of wheat noodles with chicken curry. The taste looks like with Malaysian laksa.
