Day-01: Yangon Arrival (L/D)
Arrive at Yangon International Airport. Welcome by a tour guide and transfer to Hotel. Lunch at local restaurant.
After lunch, our tour starts
·ChaukHtatKyi- fourth largest colossal reclining image in Myanmar and 67m long
· Yangon City Center- surrounded by various colonial style buildings; City Hall; MahaBandoola Park with Independence Monument; bustling life of Yangon.
·Bogyoke (Scott) Market (closed on Mondays)-colonial building where can shop Myanmar souvenirs
Early evening, our sightseeing includes
· Shwedagon Pagoda-world famous golden stupa; the wonderful holy place of Buddhist’s culture, history, sacred scenery and architecture with golden, jewels
Dinner at
· Karaweik Palace Restaurant– located on the Royal Lake and enjoy dinner with Myanmar Cultural show
Stay overnight at hotel in Yangon.
Day-02: Yangon-Heho-Kalaw-InleLake(B/L/D)
After breakfast in hotel, leave Yangon to Heho by domestic flight.
On arrival Heho,continue excursion by road (40 km) to Kalaw.
Our Kalaw Elephant Camp sightseeing includes
· Full day trek (by car + on foot)-walk through along the mountain path and seeing seasonal vegetation.(around 2 hours), then walk down to the narrow valley about 3- 4 hrs
· Elephant Camp with Re-Plantation- the Best of South East Asia- can see the elephants and may feed and bath the elephants.
Lunch at Kalaw Elephant Camp.
Later in the afternoon drive back from Kalaw to NyaungShwe. Dinner & overnight at hotel in Inle or NyaungShwe.
Day-03: Inle Lake (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, an excursion by boat on Inle Lake- the second largest lake in Myanmar; famous for their leg rolling style; can see the Intha (local people) traditional fishing style, planting on floating gardens; Silk Weaving Workshops; Silverware Workshops, Cheroot making factory.
Tour highlights include
· PhaungdawOo Pagoda- located in the middle of the lake
· Inpawkhone Village - famous for silk weaving workshop, silver workshop
· Ngaphechaung Monastery– located in the west of Inle Lake
Lunch at local restaurant.
Dinner and overnight at hotel in Inle or NyaungShwe.
Day-04: Inle-Heho-Yangon (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, leave HehotoYangonby domestic flight. On the way from airport to hotel, visit to
·The Kaba Aye Pagoda (world peace pagoda) -built for memorial the 1945-46 sixth Buddhist Synod
Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, continue to
·National museum (closed on Mondays)- main museum of Myanmar Art, history, ancient artifacts, ornaments, inscriptions, paintings, culture, Lion Throne (Thihathana Palin) and civilization of Burmese people.
· China Town- many crowded food shops, clinics, medical stores, electronic shops camera shops, glass shops, and other religious buildings
Dinner at local restaurant.Stay overnight at hotel in Yangon
Day-05: Yangon Departure (B)
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Yangon International airport for departure.
