It is a common phrase that you will hear frequently. That is general greetings, something like “Hi”, “Hello”, or “How do you do?” when meets each other.
You can say “MIGALAR BAR” instead of “Good Morning”, “Good Afternoon” or “Good Evening”. Actually it means a deeper than that general greetings. According to Buddhist Teachings, everybody would like to wish good luck and fortune to each other. Something like to say that “May you blessed with auspiciousness”.
So “MINGALAR BAR” to all of our valuable customers.
It means “I believe you are in good health”. It demonstrates a one concern’s to other with no reason. That is so lovely of Myanmar culture taking care of each other.
It can be used as “How are you?” or “How do you do?”
That is another one. It means “My strength is pained”. It is used when some unwilling things happen. Or to express apology and it is a good escape to east tensions and bring harmony.
It means “May you be rich”. Rich means general well being both physically and mentally. With Buddhist teaching, everyone wish to give “METTA” or loving kindness to all.
The phrase is use for “That is all right” or “No problem”.
It means “Please excuse me”.
That is “Yes”.
That is “No”.
It means “No, it isn’t”.
That is common phrase also that you will hear frequently. It means “I owe you much gratitude” or “Thank you”. Finally we would like to say “Thank you (KYAY ZU TIN BAR DAI)” for visiting to our website.
