Day-01: Yangon Arrival (L/D)
Arrive at Yangon
airport by flight. Welcome by a tour guide and transfer to Hotel. After lunch, visit to

  • Botataung pagoda, located near Botataung Jetty, Strand Road.
  • Yangon City Center- surrounded by various colonial style buildings; City Hall; Maha Bandoola Park with Independence Monument; bustling life of Yangon.
  • Chauk Htat Kyi Pagoda- a colossal reclining Buddha.
  • Shwedagon Pagoda- world famous golden stupa; the wonderful holy place of Buddhist’s culture, history, sacred scenery and architecture with golden, jewels.

Dinner at

  • Karaweik Palace Restaurant– located on the Royal Lake and enjoy dinner with Myanmar Cultural show

Stay overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day-02: Yangon-Bagan (B/L/D)

After breakfast at hotel, leave Yangon to Bagan by domestic flight. Bagan full day sightseeing by coach such as

  • Nyaung Oo Market- colorful market
  • Shwezigon Pagoda- built by king Anawrahtain the early 11th century
  • Kyansittha U Min- cave like temple with fresco painting
  • Wetkyi-In Gubyaukkyi- a temple with beautiful wall paintings

Lunch at the local restaurant. Then transfer to hotel.

 Continue our sightseeing such as

  • Gawdawplin Temple - one of the largest and most imposing Bagan temples
  • Ananda Temple- with four huge standing Buddha images and numerous seated figures in niches around the galleried interior
  • Dhamma Yan Gyi- the largest of the temple in Bagan
  • Shwesandaw Pagoda or Bupaya- sunset watch over the Ayeyarwaddy River.

·         Dinner with Puppet Show at the local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day-03: Bagan-Mandalay (B/L/D)

After breakfast at hotel, leave Bagan to Mandalay by domestic flight. Mandalay full day sightseeing includes

·   

  • Mahagandaryone Monastery - where one may observe the daily life of the monks studying Buddha's scriptures;
  • U Bein Bridge - 1.2 km long over 200 years old wooden bridge.
  • Mahamuni Buddha Image – a bronze Buddha image casted during the lifetime of Buddha himself;

Lunch at the local restaurant. After Lunch

 

  • Mandalay Palace, Shwenandaw Monastery
  • Kuthodaw Pagoda-known as the world the biggest book, consisting of 729 marble slabs regarding about the entire Pali Canon of Buddhism.
  • Visiting Mandalay Hill to watch the sunset and the panoramic view of the city.

Dinner at a restaurant. Overnight in Mandalay.

 

Day-04: Mandalay-Heho-Inle (B,L,D)

 After breakfast in hotel, leave Mandalay for Heho by domestic flight. Continue drive to Nyuang Shwe.

An excursion by boat on Inle Lake- the second largest lake in Myanmar;  famous for their leg rolling style; can see the Intha (local people) traditional fishing style, planting on floating gardens; Silk Weaving Workshops; Silverware Workshops, Cheroot making factory.

 Tour highlights include

  • Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda; located in the middle of the lake
  • Ngaphechaung Monastery – located in west of Inle Lake

·         Traditional ways of fishing; and floating gardens. 

 Lunch & Dinnerat local restaurant. Stay overnight at hotel in Nyaung Shwe or Inle.

 Day-05: Heho- Yangon-Departure (B,L)

 After breakfast at hotel, leave Heho to Yangon by domestic flight.

 Upon arrival, drive to

  • The Kaba Aye Pagoda (world peace pagoda) -built for memorial the 1945-46 sixth Buddhist Synod
  • Mahapasana Guha (Great Cave) situated next to the Kaba Aye pagoda and lunch at local restaurant.
  • After lunch, visit to
  • Bogyoke (Scoot) Market (closed on Mondays) - the Largest market in Yangon with time to browse among the hundreds of stalls for souvenir bargains.

        Departure to Yangon International airport.

Please note that all of tour prices refer to US dollar in nets and subject to change without prior notice.

1) Booking Procedure

Step 1 (Enquire)

When you enquire the tour program as you interested, Myanmar Signature Travels & Tours Co. Ltd will send you a quotation. You may negotiate with Myanmar Signature Travels & Tours Co. Ltd as you still need to update.

Step 2 (Book and Pay 50% of deposit)

  • Advance deposit of 50% of tour quotation must be made upon confirmation of the program for keep your hotel and flight confirmation. However Payment can be negotiated upon request. Please book with us by following email or fax for your confirmation.

  • The remaining balance could be paid for cash upon arrival or same bank account.
  • Myanmar Signature Travels & Tours Co. Ltd will acknowledge the payment by sending confirmation letter by email or fax. It is advised to print and carry the confirmation letter.

Remark: The bank charges and handling fees shall be borne by the payee.

Step 3 (Arrival)

  • When you land to Yangon or Mandalay International Airport, our tour guide will collect the rest of money with cash in US dollar.

2) Cancellation Procedure

Cancellation takes effect the day on which the written notice is received.

More than 45 days prior to arrival date – 10% for a confirmed booking.

From 45 to 31days prior to arrival date – 25% of full payment will be charged.

From 30 to 16 days prior to arrival date – 40% of full payment will be charged.

From 15 days prior to arrival date – 50% of full payment will be charged.

  • Reservation, cancellation refer to and include variation, amendments.
  • In case of cancellation banking fees will be charged on customer’s account automatically.

3) Child Policy

Children who are between the age of 2 and 12 years old have to pay 50% of adult price in sharing the same room to parents.

Children who are above the age of 12 years old will be charged same price of parents or adult.

4) Group Discount

If the group is 16 pax and above, one tour leader is free of charge.

MINGALAR BAR

It is a common phrase that you will hear frequently. That is general greetings, something like “Hi”, “Hello”, or “How do you do?” when meets each other.

You can say “MIGALAR BAR” instead of “Good Morning”, “Good Afternoon” or “Good Evening”. Actually it means a deeper than that general greetings. According to Buddhist Teachings, everybody would like to wish good luck and fortune to each other. Something like to say that “May you blessed with auspiciousness”.

So “MINGALAR BAR” to all of our valuable customers.

NAY KAUNG DAI NAW

It means “I believe you are in good health”. It demonstrates a one concern’s to other with no reason. That is so lovely of Myanmar culture taking care of each other.

NAY KAUNG LAR

It can be used as “How are you?” or “How do you do?”

AR NAR LITE TAR

That is another one. It means “My strength is pained”. It is used when some unwilling things happen. Or to express apology and it is a good escape to east tensions and bring harmony.

CHAN THAR BAR ZAI

It means “May you be rich”. Rich means general well being both physically and mentally. With Buddhist teaching, everyone wish to give “METTA” or loving kindness to all.

YA BA DAI

The phrase is use for “That is all right” or “No problem”.

SEI MA SHI BA NAE

It means “Please excuse me”.

HOTE KAE OR INN

That is “Yes”.

HINT INN

That is “No”.

MA HOTE BU

It means “No, it isn’t”.

KYAY ZU TIN BAR DAI or KYAY ZU PAE

That is common phrase also that you will hear frequently. It means “I owe you much gratitude” or “Thank you”. Finally we would like to say “Thank you (KYAY ZU TIN BAR DAI)” for visiting to our website.
