Day-01: Yangon Arrival (L/D)                                             

Arrive at Yangon International Airport. Welcome by a tour guide and transfer to Hotel. Lunch at local restaurant.

After lunch, our tour starts

· ChaukHtat Kyi- fourth largest colossal reclining image in Myanmar and 67m long

·   Yangon City Center- surrounded by various colonial style buildings; City Hall; Maha Bandoola Park with Independence Monument; bustling life of Yangon.

·Bogyoke (Scott) Market (closed on Mondays)-colonial building where can shop Myanmar souvenirs

Early evening, our sightseeing includes

·   Shwedagon Pagoda- world famous golden stupa; the wonderful holy place of Buddhist’s culture, history, sacred scenery and architecture with golden, jewels

Dinner at

·   Karaweik Palace Restaurant– located on the Royal Lake and enjoy dinner with Myanmar Cultural show

Stay overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day-02: Yangon-Heho – Pindaya-NyaungShwe (B/L/D)

After breakfast at hotel, leave Yangon to Heho by domestic flight.

On arrival Heho, continue excursion by road (100 km) to Pindaya.

Our Pindaya sightseeing includes

·   Pindaya caves- on limestone ridge; countless pagodas, Buddha images, the architecture and the beauty of nature inside the caves.

·   Traditional Shan paper making village, pottery and umbrella making villages

Lunch at local restaurant.

Later in the afternoon drive back from Pindaya to Nyaung Shwe.  Dinner & overnight at hotel in Nyaung Shwe.

Day-03: Inle Lake (B/L/D)

After breakfast at hotel, an excursion by boat on Inle Lake- the second largest lake in Myanmar;  famous for their leg rolling style; can see the Intha (local people) traditional fishing style, planting on floating gardens; Silk Weaving Workshops; Silverware Workshops, Cheroot making factory.

 Tour highlights include

·   Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda-  located in the middle of the lake

·   Inpawkhone Village - famous for silk weaving workshop, silver workshop

·   Ngaphechaung Monasterylocated in the west of Inle Lake

Lunch at local restaurant.

Dinner and overnight at hotel in Nyaung Shwe.

Day-04: Indein Village-Taunggyi-Hot Air Balloon Festival (B/L/D)

After breakfast at hotel, an excursion by boat to Indein Village- famous for hundreds of Shwe Indein Pagodas, is well-known as “The Dead Ankowatt”, can feel the amazing rural views, the beauty of nature

Sightseeing at

·  Indein Village

Lunch at local restaurant.

After lunch time, continue to Taunggyi by coach.

After check in hotel and visit around Taunggyi to enjoy

·  the Hot Air Balloon Festival, which features competitions for hot-air balloons.

Overnight at hotel in Taunggyi.

Day-05: Taunggyi-Kakku-Taunggyi-Hot Air Balloon Festival (B/L/D)

After breakfast at hotel, visit to

·   Taunggyi Market, where you can buy Shan’s traditional foods and hand- made articles.

·    Drive to Kakku, is far 42km from Taunggyi. There are 2548 stupas with distinctive architecture at Kakku. And enjoy nature beauty along the way.

Lunch at local restaurant.

After lunch, drive back to Taunggyi to see

·   Tazaung-daing lighting and hot balloon festival performing day and night.

And overnight at hotel in Taunggyi.

Day-06: Taunggyi-Heho-Yangon (B/L/D)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Heho by coach and leave Heho to Yangon by domestic flight.

On the way from airport to hotel, visit to

·The Kaba Aye Pagoda (world peace pagoda) -built for memorial the 1945-46 sixth Buddhist Synod

Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, continue to

·National museum (closed on Mondays)- main museum of Myanmar Art, history, ancient artifacts, ornaments, inscriptions, paintings, culture, Lion Throne (Thihathana Palin) and civilization of Burmese people.

·   China Town- many crowded food shops, clinics, medical stores, electronic shops camera shops, glass shops, and other religious buildings

Dinner at local restaurant. Stay overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day-07: Yangon Departure (B)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Yangon International airport for departure.

·         Hot Air Balloon Workshop-get new experience of how to make Hot Air Balloon

·         Taunggyi Hot Air Balloon Festival- enjoy festival performing day and night.

Dinner and overnight at hotel in Taunggyi.

Day-05: Taunggyi-Heho-Yangon (B/L/D)

07 November 2014

 After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Heho by coach and leave Heho to Yangon by domestic flight.
